1.With this service the landlord will have a fixed guaranteed rent over a longer term contract. this is a great benefit for a landlord as they will not have to worry about renewing the contract any time soon, void periods and they wont have to worry about finding the right tenant or paying letting agents tenant finder fees to do the job for them.

2.Since we operate over a minimum term of 3 years we are aware that maintenance issues may creep up. So to give the landlord piece of mind, we take care of all the general maintenance. this is perfect for the landlord as they wont have to worry about little annoyance's that break or get damaged in the property no more! Furthermore any tenant issues that do arise, the landlord will be able to sit back and relax. We will take care off this and resolve the matter personally.

3.Although we do manage your property, we do not charge ANY management fees. So you will be able to get your normal rent without having to knock off any percentage.

4.If your property is unfurnished, needs a slight refurb or requires abit of maintenance needing to be done to it, that's not to worry. as long as the property is suitable for us we will be able to look into it and help out in any way that we can.

5. for letting agents this is a massive WIN!. since we as the tenant are essentially managing the property, letting agents get the easiest management fee of their life while still keeping their landlord happy knowing they have a great tenant on a long lease.
